The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the inside sales team. The person in this role maintains strong relationships with customers and manufacturer's representatives by providing excellent customer service and sales support. They are responsible for accurately quoting products and supporting the sales process.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate, efficient and timely preparation of quotations in conjunction with Outside Sales Personnel and Application Engineering.
• Responsible for sales processes such as inquiry handling, quote creation and customer service tasks.
• Work within the CRM and ERP systems to maintain an accurate sales funnel.
• Communicate with customers to follow up on quotations and work with them through the sales process. Coordinate with Outside Sales Personnel to ensure customer needs are understood and being met or exceeded.
• Perform order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and gain valuable feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of current and new products.
• Participate in and contribute to special project teams and initiatives.
