Role Description

A Producer at TINH HOA LABEL LLC is a senior producer with a strong background in leading and strategically managing all aspects of production.

The Producer will be responsible for directing pre-production / budgeting, production, and post-production teams for development and active production slates for video production.

Additionally, the Producer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of THL by overseeing business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the media & entertainment industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production strategy, emphasizing cost optimization and quality maintenance
• Oversee planning and production from pre-production to final delivery
• Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends, and cultivating relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and enhance the studio's market presence.
• Address issues and communicate risks and alternatives to executives clearly
• Partner with executives to establish goals, assumptions, and production pipelines
• Recruit and manage production management teams, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion
• Stay on top of industry trends, studios, software pipelines, and talent
• Flexibility to take on various roles within the company if needed

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive production management experience in various departments including pre-production and production.
• Wide industry knowledge of people and process.
• Familiarity with important production software, hardware, databases and asset management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
• Experience in a large dynamic studio a plus.
