Job Summary
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing human resource services and consulting to multiple clients across a variety of industries. The role involves conducting an initial HR audit and working with our clients to identify best practice recommendations as well as working to drive up efficiency with the isolved technology our clients use.
The HR Advisor will partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, analyze existing systems, review interface requirements, examine business processes, and help implement appropriate solutions. They will also exchange routine information with members of the Implementation and Support team, troubleshooting and helping with issues as they arise.

Training & Onboarding
After the initial onboarding and iSolved University courses, new hires will undergo 1 : 1 training with your manager, job shadowing with experienced Senior HR Advisors and a gradual weekly introduction to tools.
What a Normal Day Looks Like (Once Trained)
Each HR Advisor has book of business 30-35 clients, controls their schedule, but has a combination of proactively driving client meetings / projects and reactive availability for clients if / when issues come up.
