Product Manager
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the evolution of specific business systems, and customer-facing digital capabilities within the Customer & Broker Experience portfolio, builds and maintains a team relationship between Information Systems and the client organization, and is responsible for translating customer, broker, and business needs into clear product requirements, backlog priorities, and value-driven enhancements.
The Product Manager functions as a Product Owner Agent under a Director-level Product Owner and is accountable for day-to-day backlog ownership, requirements definition, and delivery coordination for customer and broker experience journeys, including the Customer & Broker Portal, dashboards / analytics, notifications, identity & access experience, and presentation of AI-enabled underwriting insights.
Over time, this role will assume people-management responsibilities as the portfolio expands.
This role is eligible to participate in Zenith's hybrid work schedule which provides the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership. Selected candidate must be able to report into the Woodland Hills, CA or Sarasota, FL office on a weekly basis.

The expected salary range for this position is $103,740.94-$135,381.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
