EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.
Seeking Records Manager candidates with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector clients such as EHSS. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.
Job Overview
Provide services and support as a cost reimbursement (Records Manager) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy (DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) located in Washington, DC and across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Responsibilities and Duties - Records Manager
- Maintain central file management system
- Ensure compliance with Records Inventory and Destruction Schedule
- Maintain accountability of Classified Removable Electronic Media (CREM)
- Manage classified and unclassified records, dispatching as necessary
Qualifications
