CB Client Onboarding - Onboarding VP 603 Role Summary : The Client Implementations team is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of custom Treasury and Banking services to ensure a best-in-class experience with our clients.
Lead a project team that provides support for the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services. Gather and provide data and feedback to internal business partners and ensure project management tools are developed and published.
Assist in the training and roll out of the product to the clients. Job Responsibilities : Manage client and partner expectations and understanding Exhibit ownership of implementations experience and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product Management Work with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes Diligent awareness of business risk and ownership of issues when they arise Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partnersUltimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Onboarding experience, end-to-end.
This includes : Representing us as the client facing, contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world.
Managing client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including - Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, client presentations and client visits.
Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services. Use of Microsoft Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans.
Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository. Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.
Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement. Empowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to successRequired Qualifications, capabilities and skills : Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts and 6+ years of relevant experience Experience in coaching or mentoring employees and proven ability to successfully manage conflict Experience in risk awareness and skills to develop and ensure quality program set ups Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills Strategic thinker with the ability to manage conflict and adapt to change Demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills : Prior project management or senior project management experience Knowledge of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework and testing Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting Joining our diverse and innovative global organization will provide you with endless opportunities for career and personal growth.
