Job Title : HVAC Technician (LEVEL )

We are seeking a Level commercial HVAC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Maintain, troubleshoot, and service HVAC Equipment including but not limited to :

Small Split SystemsLarge Split SystemsSmall Package UnitsLarge Package UnitsLarger air handlersMini SplitsExhaust FansVAVsFan powered boxes.

PneumaticsAir CompressorsSelf-Contained UnitsCooling TowersAir Cooled ChillersPumpsProcess ChillersVFSsWater Source Heat PumpsBoilersCRAC UnitsVRF / VRV

• Replace large motors and Large Compressors
• Replace Bearings in motors, air handlers, and cooling towers.
• Laser aligns pumps.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to : Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided.

Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.Submit timesheets weekly & expense reports monthly.

• Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Maintain service vehicles in good, safe operating condition, attend to normal servicing and reporting to Manager when major repairs or reconditioning are deemed.
• Maintain an accurate record of time spent on customer jobs, as well as any non-billable.
• Completes other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications :

• years Commercial HVAC experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform various general type maintenance tasks.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence utilizing basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate via email and internet use.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Licenses / Certifications :

• EPAUniversal
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standing

Physical Demands :

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
