How Will You Help Us Make An Impact?

We're looking for a Product Manager (AI & Full-Stack Product Development) who's both deeply technical and passionate about civic innovation. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of CivCheck's AI-powered permitting tools - collaborating closely with engineering, design, and city partners to define what gets built, why it matters, and how it delivers real value.

This role is ideal for someone who can code, understands how AI models are trained, and thrives at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution. You'll help set the product vision and direction, one that is deeply informed by what's technically possible and grounded in user needs.

As a Product Manager at Clariti, you'll get to :

• Define and execute the roadmap for CivCheck's AI-driven features and modules.
• Translate complex customer pain points into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories.
• Work with engineers and designers to conceptualize and prototype product solutions that simplify complex user workflows - from data collection through user experience.
• Create wireframes and low- / high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas clearly and iterate fast.
• Establish measurable success metrics across usability, accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Partner with city stakeholders to deeply understand their permitting workflows and ensure products meet both functional and policy goals.
• Translate real-world permitting and plan review challenges into usable, elegant digital tools
• Collaborate with engineering to validate technical feasibility, including model integration and user experience implications.
• Conduct competitive and user research to shape positioning, differentiation, and product direction.
• Balance immediate customer needs with long-term scalability and technical feasibility.

The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $110,000-140,000 based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. If you have questions about compensation as we move through the process, we're happy to discuss further. Benefits depend on employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, etc).

Things To Note

Background checks - Because our customers trust us with sensitive information, we require all successful candidates to undergo comprehensive background checks before joining our team. We focus strictly on global sanctions and criminal offences that are directly relevant to employment at Clariti, and follow all applicable privacy and human rights legislation.

Travel - Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
