We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Chicago. Our Marketing team collaborates internationally and across disciplines and offices to tell great stories that resonate with potential clients. We thrive when we look beyond the obvious and find fresh ways to connect with clients. As part of our team, you will support Midwest offices by preparing a wide variety of proposals, prequalification documents, PowerPoint presentations and more. You'll work closely with our technical staff to find the best way to present our capabilities. Our local Chicago office provides numerous opportunities to connect, celebrate and collaborate, including lunches, happy hours and summer outings. Responsibilities :

• Work with the marketing team and technical staff to prepare responses to RFQs / RFPs and assemble high-quality custom packages and presentations.
• Develop, organize, update and format Marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality, and corporate branding.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and technical leaders.
• Mentor and coach junior marketing team members.
• Some travel may be required.

Requirements :

Compensation :

The rate for this position generally is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Illinois State Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful Illinois State applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Illinois State or perform the position from Illinois State. Similar positions located outside of Illinois State will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Illinois Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
