Ketjen Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Albemarle Corporation, is seeking an I / E Technician to join our maintenance team. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing Instrument / Electrical Equipment

Essential experience

• Use of test equipment (DVM, megger, loop calibrator, temp calibrator, amp meter and HART communicator)
• Read electrical / instrument schematics / loop diagrams
• Read P&ID drawings
• Temperature measurement (RTD's thermocouples),
• Pressure measurement (all types).
• Flow measurement (Magnetic flow, Coriolis, DP).
• Level measurement (DP, ultrasonic, radar & Nuclear).
• Conductivity measurement
• Density measurement (Coriolis and Nuclear)
• PH measurement, control, and theory
• Automatic control valves - rebuilding of valves. (Fisher, Masoneilan)
• Valves positioners - electronic & pneumatic. (Fisher, Masoneilan, PMV)
• Experience with gas fired BMS systems (Honeywell, fireye & others)
• 480V and greater MCCs and switchgear
• VFD's- Troubleshooting, wiring, and programing (ABB, AB & Yaskawa)
