Key Responsibilities
Research vendor roadmaps and trends across various talent technology platforms
Lead proof of concepts and pilots, coordinating with stakeholders and documenting outcomes
Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Technology, HR Operations, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Project Management, CS / MIS, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus
Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise HCM platforms preferred
Ability to lead pilots, vendor evaluations, and deliver executive-ready documentation
Self-starter capable of managing competing priorities and operating independently
