Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in process documentation and operational support roles
Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Miro or Lucidchart
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in finance, payroll, or business process management preferred
