Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for professionally representing DLI to our customers with knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

What you can expect to be doing :
Professionally and accurately provide support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls and / or emails.Work with management to resolve complaints concerning freight, deliveries, etc.Work with cross functional teams to track orders to ensure on-time deliveries.Provide clerical support including overseeing paperwork associated with claims and maintaining corresponding files.Requirements :
At least 1 year of relevant work experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize and prioritize workWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ExcelSchedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
