A well-established and growth-oriented engineering consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to lead high-impact projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. This is a key leadership opportunity for a geotechnical professional ready to manage complex work and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for infrastructure, commercial, and environmental projects
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Project Types

Infrastructure : highways, bridges, transit systems

Commercial & Industrial : office towers, logistics hubs, manufacturing facilities

Environmental & Energy : landfills, renewable energy sites, remediation projects

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

PE license (or ability to obtain)

Minimum 6 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management

Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
