Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized litigation paralegal.

The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, providing support during the discovery process, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of legal procedures are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and affidavits.
• Conduct legal research on case-specific issues using various databases and resources.
• Organize and manage case files, including maintaining and updating documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Assist in the discovery process by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing documents and evidence.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule interviews, depositions, and meetings.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for court proceedings.
• Attend and support attorneys during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Assist in drafting settlement agreements and other legal documents as required.

Requirements :

• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a litigation paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in work.
