POSITION OVERVIEW :

As a Customer Relations Representative for Polly Piland State Farm Agent Team Member in Greenville NC, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include

• Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims.
• Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
