Overview :

Procyon Technostructure LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team in Novato, California. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Vision & Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including business teams, development teams, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Backlog Management : Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features and improvements.
• Agile Methodology : Lead the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team is productive and focused on delivering high-quality products.
• User Stories & Requirements : Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria based on customer needs and business goals. Ensure that the development team understands the requirements and delivers features that meet expectations.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future development.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product delivery and success.

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
