Work directly with consumers to resolve medical billing matters through professional negotiation and communication :
Primary Responsibilities :
Account Resolution - Contact consumers to negotiate payment in full, settlement options, and payment arrangementsStrategic Negotiation - Review account information and ask probing questions to understand consumer situations and overcome payment objectionsSkip Tracing - Execute verbal skip tracing procedures to locate consumers, including gathering updated contact and employment informationDocumentation - Maintain accurate records by updating consumer information, call results, and detailed notes in our systemProfessional Communication - Leave compliant voicemail messages using mandated scriptsRegulatory Compliance - Strictly adhere to HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, PCI-DSS, and all Federal and State Consumer Protection LawsPerformance Standards - Meet and maintain established KPI (Key Performance Indicator) levelsAdditional Duties - Support team objectives through various tasks as assigned by managementWork Environment & Schedule
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM or 8 : 30 AM start time (based on staffing needs)
