Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.

Position Title : D&A Service Engineer

Hours : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, 40 Hours / Week

Summary of Duties : Delivers 'Best in Industry' customer care to internal and external customers and supporting staff (Imaging Technologists, Radiologists, System Administrators, etc...). Receives, analyzes, understands, documents, and resolves incoming service requests via phone, email, or electronic ticketing for multifaceted and diverse radiology PACS, advanced visualization, and OEM imaging solutions. Demonstrates senior level knowledge of all technical and application operational aspects of SYNGO PACS, Advanced Visualization IT systems, and OEM IT solutions and interfaces including, but not limited to networks, databases, system integrations, hospital workflows, client-server technologies, and latest web based technologies. Develops, communicates, and executes action plans for very complex issues within established deadlines. Less than 5 % domestic travel. Hybrid work permitted. Must report to Company's Cary, NC office 2 days / wk.

Qualifications : The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires 8 years of experience with the following : Healthcare IT and Radiology workflows; Advanced visualization experience; Microsoft Operating Systems (MS Server 2016, 2019, and Clients), SQL, Networking, Domains, Security, Antivirus; Experience with RIS / HIS / PACS / Storage interfacing; advanced software visualization experience (Terra Recon Vitall images); Field Service experience maintaining Invivo and / or Invitro modality equipment; syngo.via support & installation experience; Hyper V & VMware experience; Experience with post-processing applications; Experience leading on the job or classroom based training.
