  • What You’ll Do :

  • Lead executive coaching interventions for senior leadership teams, utilizing your expertise to help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
  • Design and execute long-term change management strategies and OD interventions, including training programs, assessment workshops, and leadership development.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of organizational behavior and management science to understand the complexities of organizations and drive sustainable change.
  • Provide expert consultation on organizational learning, performance improvement, and the latest trends in organizational development .
  • Engage with leaders in providing and receiving constructive feedback while helping them navigate challenges such as stress, frustration, and conflict resolution.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Extensive Experience : At least 10 years of hands-on experience in OD interventions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Educational Background :

  • A master’s degree in one of the applied behavioral sciences (Organization Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Management Science).
  • Strategic Vision :

  • Skilled in visualizing, designing, and implementing long-range change management strategies to drive organizational success.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills :

  • Excellent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex organizational dynamics.
  • Affiliations & Certifications :

  • Active affiliations with OD organizations such as the Organizational Development Network or the International Association of Facilitators, with certification in coaching and the ability to administer and interpret assessment instruments.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Executive Coaching Certification : An ICF-certified coach or an individual with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is highly preferred.
  • Assessment Expertise :

  • Qualified to administer and interpret executive assessment tools used in interventions.
