Summary

Accounting (approximately 50%) and administrative assistant (approximately 50%) for west region of the company.

Responsibilities

Accounting Duties :

  • Support accounting team
  • Simple entries to accounting system
  • Update excel worksheets
  • Filing documents

Administrative Duties :

  • Assist preparing documents such as request forms and approval forms including "Ringi"
  • Manage agents' licenses, MLS (Multiple Listing Services) and association fee schedule, and prepare necessary documents.
  • Manage company car registration, maintenance schedule, etc.
  • Coordinate interview schedule for new hires with Managers and HR
  • Office maintenance coordination with hotel maintenance team and vendors
  • Manage office asset schedule (PCs)
  • Coordinate IT repairs of the office with IT department

    • Qualifications

  • Business level in English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Good at numbers
  • Decent skill in Excel
  • Team oriented person
  • Multitask skill
  • Accounting experience (not a must)
