A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers
Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with company objectives
Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the mortgage or real estate industry
Understanding of compliance regulations related to mortgage recruitment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proven track record of successful recruitment or sales efforts
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is a plus
