The Work :

  • Manage PMIS system setup, configuration, and systems maintenance.
  • Manage user and permissions administration, ensuring accurate role assignments and data security.
  • Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to eBuilder support as needed.
  • Develop and update PMIS process workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with program goals.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials tailored to specific workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for project teams and stakeholders on PMIS processes and best practices.
  • Configure, test, and modify PMIS modules to meet evolving program requirements.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and custom reports within PMIS for performance tracking.
  • Oversee system integrations between PMIS and other platforms, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Track, document, and manage system issues through resolution, escalating when necessary.
  • Support project controls functions in PMIS, including cost management, scheduling, contracts, and change management.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Architect to produce program-wide reports and analytics.
  • Monitor and support Trimble's custom system development, resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Deploy system updates following the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Perform requirements gathering and provide additional support to the District Facilities, Planning & Development Department as needed.
  • Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. $158,836 - $174,720 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Here's What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction management, project controls, or PMIS administration
  • Direct experience with TUC / eBuilder
  • Knowledge of construction management and facilities principles, including cost, schedule, contracts, change management, document control
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement and report on-site as needed
  • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Information Technology aptitude or experience with system administration, reporting, or integrations is a plus
