Job description
A company is looking for a Coding Quality Auditor, HEDIS who will conduct clinical quality audits and data collection for quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical quality audits and overreads for the Quality Department
Identify and report issues related to clinical audits for quality improvement within the HEDIS project
Collect and organize data from various medical records to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Technical certification / licensure in Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of medical record audit experience and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
2 years of experience in HEDIS, quality management, or utilization review auditing
1 year of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse
