Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests via email and phone while ensuring optimal customer service

Monitor client information verification processes and maintain the internal database

Collaborate with sales agents to resolve complex issues and support insurance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute for degree)

1-3 years of insurance experience, preferably in home and auto insurance

Experience using GSuites is preferred
