A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support project teams by managing communications, documentation, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and documentation for timely execution
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams
Prepare and maintain technical reports, meeting materials, and project summaries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in healthcare, sociology, communications, English, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting project management, preferably in government or healthcare settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio, Teams, Zoom)
Strong organizational skills
Experience in developing SOPs and workflows
