Accounts Payable Specialist

This direct hire Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity is located in NW Portland and is fully onsite.
As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for the following :
- Maintain full cycle accounts payable for several office locations
- Process 500+ invoices on a weekly basis
- Reconcile vendor accounts, prepare and post journal entries to the ERP system
- Additional tasks as needed
As the newest member of this team you bring the following experience :
- 1+ year of high volume full cycle accounts payable experience in a multi location organization
- Understanding of excel and ERP systems
- High attention to detail
