Key Responsibilities
Provide remote IT support, delivering timely and effective solutions
Monitor and resolve IT support requests through the internal ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve issues with Office 365, endpoint management, and application access
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a support technician role, with both on-site and remote support responsibilities
Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and applications, as well as Apple iOS and Android
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
