Occupational Therapist - Full Time Twin Lakes, Life Enriching Communities, one of the nation's leaders in senior living communities, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Twin Lakes, 9840 Montgomery Road , Cincinnati, OH 45242 Schedule : as needed Here’s what you’re responsible for :
- Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress
- Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress
- Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
- Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps
- Complying with professional, ethical, and legal standards
Required Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist Ohio License
- 3-5 years related experience or equivalent education preferred
