As a MobileTek Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering guidance on our mobile products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers on a proprietary application by phone, email and remote meetings working directly with customers
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing on new application versions
  • Train oncoming customers in setup and use of the application
  • Perform other support-related duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of mobile devices (Android and iOS), as well as Windows PC environment
  • Motivated to learn and grow, and to accept new challenges
  • Ability to contribute in a team-oriented setting
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in a Software Support or Help Desk position
