Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Wilmington, North Carolina, 28401!

Pay Information

$375 to $400 per hour

About The Position

North Carolina GI Locums

Practice Setting

  • Hospital-based and ASC coverage
  • Inpatient rounding
  • Outpatient clinic and procedures
  • Support includes 4 RNs, 1 NP / PA, 1 MA, and 4 office staff
  • No teaching or APP supervision required

Schedule

  • Only 1-2 weeks per month
  • Outpatient : 8 : 00a-4 : 30p clinic hours plus in-house call

    • Procedures and Cases

  • Upper and lower GI endoscopy
  • ERCP and EUS preferred
  • Colonoscopy with polypectomy and biopsy
  • Liver biopsy, PEG, variceal injections
  • Full GI diagnostic and therapeutic capability preferred

    • Requirements

  • NC license required
  • Board-certified in Gastroenterology
  • Fellowship trained
  • BLS and ACLS are required

    • Credentialing Requirements

  • Estimated credentialing : 90 days
  • Hospital privileges required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Travel and lodging provided
