JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional with a robust background in strategizing and implementing web conversion optimizations for our QuickBooks Web Marketing team. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at executing testing plans and marketing strategies to enhance the web experience for small business customers, with a strong focus on optimizing the purchasing journey. The successful candidate will engage in cross-functional collaboration with Design, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Web Operations, and Engineering teams to drive project execution and achieve conversion goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Collaborate on web/audience strategies, create testing plans, and execute web marketing strategies focused on conversion optimization.
• Support execution and validation of pricing and purchasing flow updates or promotions.
• Partner with analytics to plan measurements and analyze results of web tests.
• Analyze engagement and performance data for customer behavior insights and hypothesis development.
• Project management across functions to ensure timely and successful web project executions.

Must Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing and conversion optimization.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Expertise in data analysis to drive marketing decisions.

Industry Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on web conversion within the finance or software industry.

Education

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field required.
