We will train you to be successful in our industry through online training from the industry’s best sales reps and team builders, one on one mentorship, and events, no experience necessary.
We are looking for winners. Folks with a growth mindset that are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are required to reach the top level.
COMPENSATION The average commission is around $450 to $650 per application (results vary). Full time underwriters write about 5 or more applications per week.
You can start part-time or full-time. Agency Owners that have been working with Atkinson Agency for a few years who are consistently promoted every two to three months generate a passive income of $200,000 to $500,000 a year.
