Key Responsibilities

Drive the profitable management of insurance products, including development, pricing, compliance, and regulatory approval

Support the expansion of insurance products from development to implementation

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in personal lines P&C insurance product management with 3-5 years in a management role

Significant experience with state-level insurance regulators and personal lines compliance risks

Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels

Proven decision-making skills with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
