Overview :

Join this exciting PNW based ecommerce company focused on health and wellness! As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions as well as support functions for the accounting department. Research and process exception items and balance records for accuracy.

Also must love dogs, as they are welcome in the office!

What you'll do :

• Post invoices accurately and timely
• Monitor email inbox for invoices, responding as necessary to inquiries
• Statement reconciliation and follow-up
• Prepare payments in accordance with company policies
• Regular contact and dealing with suppliers, maintaining strong and professional relationships
• Perform related reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
