Job descriptionProcess and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows. Manage daily invoice volume (~20 U.S. invoices / day) and assist with international invoice processing as needed. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and credit card reconciliations. Support the rollout and adoption of Ramp , our new procure-to-pay automation platform. Collaborate with U.S. and New Zealand AP teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across entities. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional manner. Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide backup support for payroll reporting if needed. Work closely with senior leadership across multiple cost centers (20+) to ensure accurate coding and reporting.

Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist
Location : Hybrid in Redmond, WA
Compensation : $25 - $35 / hour
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of accruals, expense coding, and month-end close processes.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas such as SUMIFS).
