About The Role
Zillow Group is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-impact Strategic Finance team. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a key business partner to senior leadersdriving planning, forecasting, and analysis for Spruce, Zillows innovative, digitally integrated title and escrow business. Your work will shape critical decisions, support product go-to-market success, and directly influence Zillows growth strategy across the real estate transaction ecosystem.
Who You Are
You have a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. You bring 35 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting high-growth product, GTM, or operations teams in tech or financial services. You're fluent in Excel or Google Sheets, and love building and iterating on complex financial models. You know your way around Tableau or other visualization tools and can turn data into stories that drive decisions. You're a clear communicator and trusted partner, able to break down complex financial concepts for cross-functional teams and senior leaders. You notice the details others miss and love asking smart questions that move strategy forward. You thrive in environments where things move fast, ambiguity is a given, and curiosity leads the way. Experience with public company processes or reporting rhythms is a plus.
