Who we are looking for Business Planning & Analysis Analyst

The company is looking to recruit and hire individuals who are committed to contribute to goal achievement in a positive and proactive working environment.

Successful candidates will have the ability to provide a strong knowledge of the company, products, and markets.

Location : Franklin / TN

Responsibilities

Collect and interpret data to help the company improve performance and meet goals

Execute analysis and identify meaningful trends, opportunities, and communicate results to stakeholders

Prepare and regularly update standard reports related to sales demand and pricing

Support commercial organization on customer and product metrics

Participate in business meetings with cross-functional departments to assess, and identify issues with current business processes and conduct root cause analysis

Ad hoc reporting and presentation building

Act as a business liaison to several cross-functional departments

Maintain commercial data integrity by investigating, evaluating, testing, and proposing improvements to systems

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in business or applied technology field of study (e.g., Business analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management).

2-5 years in a business analyst role or other analytically intensive position.

Strong fluency with Microsoft Office suite. Strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, functions and formulas.

Applied knowledge of core business subjects including business mathematics, economics, accounting and finance.

Skilled in both written and oral communication and ability to interact with all levels of management.

Demonstrated experience and / or equivalent education in quantitative analysis and forecasting.

Proficiency in SAP Business Objects report creation preferred
