The Role

Senior Manager, Transactions will be a role reporting to the VP, Transactions & Integrations. The incumbent will be responsible for (1) strategic support of various Hyatt inorganic growth transaction activities, including supporting (a) the identification and evaluation of portfolio hotel opportunities, (b) the negotiation, structuring and closing of such opportunities, and (c) the integration of any such portfolios into Hyatt and organization and relationship building, internally and externally, with respect to such integrations, and (2) support of complex structured transactions, asset sales and acquisitions, and organization and relationship building, internally and externally, to support Hyatt's global management and franchise agreements. Specifically, the incumbent will undertake the following responsibilities and functions :

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate / salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
