Role Description

The Mobility Team is hiring. We seek an experienced ITS / Intelligent Mobility Services Market Lead to join our Traffic and ITS team in South Florida. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders, managers, and engineers to lead strategies and projects across South Florida, leveraging Arcadis' reputation to grow our practice, opportunities, and services in the Florida transportation market.

This position is hybrid; candidate location preference is South Florida. Candidates must attend meetings in person as required.

About the Role

The IMS Market Lead will be part of the Global Mobility Business Area, partnering globally to design connected, sustainable cities that address urbanization, climate change, and digitization. The role focuses on integrating infrastructure with new technologies to optimize mobility for people and goods.

Responsibilities

• Growth : Lead client relationships, pursue projects, and support recruiting efforts within the local market.
• Operations : Develop operational goals, adhere to project management standards, and coordinate resource sharing across states.
• Project Delivery : Define project schedules and oversee technical execution in ITS, TSMO, Traffic Operations projects for public and private clients.
• Internal Initiatives : Support staff growth, strategic positioning, and global strategies.
• Skills : Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in groups.
