TIA Lead / Traffic Engineer

We are seeking a Traffic Engineer / TIA Lead to drive our traffic engineering and impact analysis services while playing a key role in business development. Responsibilities :

• Identify new opportunities, build relationships with developers, agencies, and municipalities, and secure contracts for traffic engineering services.
• Stay informed on local development trends, zoning changes, and regulatory updates to anticipate market needs and proactively offer solutions.
• Develop alliances with engineering firms, land-use planners, and environmental consultants to enhance service offerings and increase project opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.
• Oversee the preparation of TIAs for various development projects, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Support junior staff in developing technical and client management skills.
