What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to small business owners from our internal lead listsActively prospect and source new leads through platforms like Google, LinkedIn, online directories, networking, and in-person drop-insQualify prospects and set appointments for the outside sales teamFollow scripts, handle objections, and engage in consultative conversationsTrack outreach activity and lead notes in our CRMCollaborate daily with leadership to improve pitch strategy and messagingMaintain professionalism, consistency, and a positive attitude on every callWhat We’re Looking For
Some experience in outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or cold outreachA plus if you’ve sourced your own leads before (cold email, LinkedIn, local business outreach, etc.)Confident, curious, and coachable with strong communication skillsComfortable making cold calls and handling objectionsOrganized and disciplined with time management and CRM hygieneMotivated by personal goals and excited to help build something from the ground upMust be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NCBonus Points For :
