Position Overview : As an Entry-Level Real Estate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of real estate.

Through hands-on experience and training, you will learn to locate, identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities in the distressed real estate sector, help distressed home sellers that need to sell properties, market for clients active in real estate renovations, rentals, and builds, and underwrite and negotiate quick paced and exciting real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities : Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities Analyzing properties for their potential, including value underwriting, renovation estimation, and evaluation of the overall property financials Marketing for properties and clients via social media, print media, outbound calls, bootstrap marketing, etc.
