Business Process Optimization Program Manager
The Business Process Optimization Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Supply Chain Operations business process, infrastructure, reporting, tools, and analysis to support various Supply Chain Operations and Oracle Corporate programs. Programs and assignments will vary over time. Initial focus will be to evaluate and streamline key supply chain processes to enable scalable, efficient growth.
Responsibilities include : evaluating and streamlining key business and compliance processes, managing business and supplier compliance processes, leading improvement projects, ensuring projects follow best practices, writing business requirements, applying six sigma methods, understanding and leveraging Oracle's ERP tool suite, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for in a candidate? A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent is required. The candidate should be highly motivated, innovative, and have expertise in analyzing and presenting data. Leadership, programs management, presentation, and influencing skills are essential. Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask are necessary. Experience with supply chain operations, Oracle's ERP tool suite, and business intelligence / reporting systems is preferred. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
