A company is looking for a Supervisor, Service Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Specialist team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while providing operational support for enterprise accounts
Continuously review and improve business processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a medical / dental claims operation preferred
Expertise in medical, dental, FSA, and HRA claim processing principles
Strong understanding of electronic claim transactions and healthcare code sets
Experience with call center operations and statistical analysis preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and COBRA
