Financial Planning & Analysis Intern - U.S. AutoForce

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This intern will support our U.S. AutoForce FP&A Team and support them in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. This intern will gain valuable experience in these areas as well as gain exposure to the U.S. Venture / U.S. AutoForce business model. This role will help the team develop meaningful operational metrics and insightful business analyses on which the company can make sound financial decisions.

U.S. Venture's Internship Program runs May - August. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located in Appleton, WI and will start at 425 Better Way, Appleton, WI 54915. We are excited to be transitioning to our new corporate headquarters during this internship timeframe and this position will eventually be located at 222 W College Avenue, Appleton, WI 54911.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in monthly forecasting process for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to business processes.
• Work with management to develop metrics to measure business operations, identify areas for improvement, and track performance toward financial goals.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as directed by the FP&A team.
