Job Summary
This is an Administrative Assistant I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Audit Process, located in the Orlando Service Center. The incumbent is responsible for performing administrative functions, such as compiling reports, proofing other's work, acting as the primary purchasing cardholder, making travel arrangements, and assisting with preparing and updating audit systems.
Minimum Requirements :
One year of administrative, secretarial, or clerical experience. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferences :
Excellent organization skills. Good customer service skills.
Special Notes :
This position is in the office and is not eligible for telework. The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $2,959.10 monthly / $35,509.24 annually. Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance.
