What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Troubleshoot advanced customer inquiries about SaaS products, documenting issues and resolutions in SalesforceAnalyze and resolve complex issues related to billing and workflow to ensure timely customer supportCollaborate with peers and cross-department teams to provide seamless support and escalate issues as neededContribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating helpful articles for customers and team membersProvide empathetic and professional service, turning customer challenges into effective solutionsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
24 years of experience in customer or product support, preferably within SaaS or healthcare softwareStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentationProficiency with Salesforce, Five9, Microsoft Teams, and Slack; exposure to Power BI is a plusFamiliarity with Windows OS (Client and Server), software installations, and upgradesHigh school diploma required; bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
