Company Overview

The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and Center team in a key position by having responsibility for assisting customers with all store service and products, operating the point-of-sale system, copiers / printers, rental computers, and other Center equipment, and performing other related duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
• Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
• Multitasking must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A valid driver's license required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operation system, and other computer hardware and software
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Notary Public certification may be required

Compensation : $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
