Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to support the implementation of its platform for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical setup, configuration, and quality testing of the platform for new customers

Assess customer commercial operations and translate them into platform configuration and workflow tactics

Facilitate customer training on the platform and create SQL queries to transform and clean customer sales data

Required Qualifications

3+ years of SaaS software implementation and data analytics experience

2+ years of MedTech and / or healthcare billing experience

Significant customer-facing experience with a focus on improving implementation experiences

Experience managing projects and using project management software

Experience writing SQL to prepare, clean, and transform data
